IB & Partner Portal

Rebates, tiers and payouts your partners can see for themselves

Why the partner portal

Pay partners
without a spreadsheet

The tree, the rules and the money all sit in one place, so month end is a review rather than a rebuild.

  1. A tree as deep as you need

Master IBs, sub-IBs and the levels under them, each seeing their own branch and nothing above it. A partner who recruits another partner keeps earning on that branch without anyone rebuilding the structure by hand.

  2. Rebate rules set once

Per lot, per trade, per spread share or a percentage of revenue — set by instrument group, account type or partner tier. The rule runs on every trade from then on, which is the difference between a commission plan and a monthly negotiation.

  3. Numbers the partner can check

Clients referred, volume traded, commission earned and what is due this month, live in the partner’s own login. Partners stop emailing your desk for a figure, and your desk stops producing figures that then have to be defended.

  4. Links, codes and landing pages

Every partner gets tracked referral links and codes, so a client who signs up through one is attributed the moment they register rather than reconciled to a partner weeks later on the strength of a name.

  5. Payouts on a schedule

Commission accrues to the partner’s wallet as it is earned and is released daily, weekly or monthly on whatever rule you set, with the same approval limits and audit trail that any other withdrawal carries.

  6. Tiers that move on their own

Volume thresholds promote a partner into a better rate without a manual review, and the change is recorded against the date it happened, so nobody argues later about which rate applied to which week.

Who it is built for

Every partner, one set of rules

Different arrangements, different rates, and none of them living in a separate file.

  • Introducing brokers

The classic arrangement: clients introduced, rebate per lot, and a portal where the IB can see the book they built rather than ask about it.

  • Master IBs

Partners who recruit partners, earning on their own clients and on the branch beneath them, with each level held to its own rate.

  • Affiliates

Paid on registrations, funded accounts or first deposits, tracked through their own links so attribution is decided at signup, not afterwards.

  • Money managers

Managers running client accounts under their own terms, with performance and volume both visible and the fee worked out on the same ledger.

  • Regional offices

A branch that introduces its own clients and needs its own numbers, without being handed the whole company’s book to get at them.

  • Your own sales desk

Internal targets run on the same engine as external rebates, so what a dealer earned this month is calculated the same way a partner’s is.

Questions about partners

Before you sign your first IB

What brokers usually want to know before they hand a partner a login and a commission plan.

  • As deep as your plan needs, with a separate rate held at every level. A master IB earns on the clients they introduced and on the branch beneath them, a sub-IB earns on their own, and neither can see anything above their position in the tree. Partners can be moved between branches when an arrangement changes, and the move is dated, so commission earned before it is not silently recalculated at the new rate.

  • Per lot, per trade, as a share of spread or as a percentage of revenue — and each of those can be set differently by instrument group, account type or partner tier, so a partner sending gold volume need not be paid the same way as one sending majors. Rules can also be capped, floored or time-limited for a promotion. Whatever you configure runs on every trade from then on rather than being applied by hand at the end of the month.

  • Live, in their own login. Clients referred, accounts funded, volume traded, commission accrued and what is due next payout, updating as trades close. They see the figures and not your margin, and they see their own branch and nothing else. It is the single change that removes most partner emails from a desk, because the question a partner writes in is almost always one the portal is already answering.

  • Commission accrues into the partner’s own wallet as it is earned, and is released daily, weekly or monthly on the schedule you set. From the wallet it goes out on the same rails and the same approval rules as any client withdrawal, or it can be moved into a trading account if the partner would rather trade it. Because it all runs through one ledger, nothing has to be re-keyed and there is no separate payout file to reconcile afterwards.

  • Yes, with the structure they came with. The tree, each partner’s clients, the rates they were on and the balances they were owed migrate together, so a partner signing in after the move finds the book they built rather than an empty portal and a request to be patient. Existing referral links can usually be kept pointing at the new room as well, which matters more than it sounds when a partner has spent years putting them into their own material.
